Shipping Policy

  1. In-Stock Items

    • For items that are currently in stock and available, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment.

    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

    • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  2. Pre-Order Items

    • Pre-order items are made-to-order or currently in production. These items are not immediately available for shipping.

    • Please allow a 4-6 week window from the date of your purchase for production and fulfillment.

    • During this time, we’ll provide updates via email, including production milestones and estimated shipping dates.

    • Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

  3. Shipping Carriers

    • All orders are shipped through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

    • We provide tracking numbers for every shipment so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

  4. Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and selected delivery option.

    • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—stay connected via our social channels and email list to stay in the loop.

  5. International Shipping

    • We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service.

    • Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Delays due to customs are outside our control, but we’ll always try to help if any issues arise.

  6. Order Processing & Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.

    • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.

    • If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 business days (for in-stock items), reach out to our support team.

  7. Delivery Issues & Support

    • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at icantescapeee@gmail.com as soon as possible.

    • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
