At I CANT ESCAPE, every piece is made with intention. All of our products are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped out by hand. Because each drop is limited and made to order, all sales are final. Please read below for our full policy before purchasing.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Every sale supports a small independent label we can’t issue refunds for:

Shipping delays beyond our control
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit, depending on item availability.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason other than defects or shipping errors.
Before purchasing, double-check your size, shipping address, and product details.
If you have a question about fit or materials, contact us through our Contact Page before placing your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive:

Incorrect in size, color, or product type
To request an exchange, email icantescapeee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

Photos showing the issue

A short explanation of the problem
Once approved, we’ll email return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us.
If your exchange item is sold out, you’ll receive store credit toward the next drop.
Restocks & Limited Drops
All pieces are made in limited quantities. Replacements or exchanges are subject to availability once a drop sells out, we can’t guarantee another of the same item.
